  • Do I require an appointment to try on gowns?

Yes we do recommend you make an appointment.

 

  • How long does it take to order a gown?

It usually takes between 4-8 months for a wedding gown to arrive in store from placement of order, this depends on which designer gown you choose.

 

  • How much deposit is required to order a gown?

A non-refunable deposit of 50% is required when ordering.

 

  • Can I layby a wedding gown?

Yes you can layby gowns for a maximum of 5 months with fornightly repayments.

 

  • Do you do alterations?

We do not do alterations in store but do have a number of highly skilled dressmakers who we are happy to recommend.
